The Firearms Training Notebook was developed by Rick Hogg, owner of War HOGG Tactical, and Mark Kelley, owner of Kelley Defense, after recognizing a clear gap in the firearms industry: there was no purpose-built training notebook. Drawing on a combined 60 years of military and law-enforcement experience, we formalized the personal notebooks we relied on throughout our careers and created a practical, structured tool to guide both dry-fire and live-fire practice.
