Congressman Wesley Hunt is currently serving his first term in Congress as the Representative of the 38th District of Texas. In 2004, he graduated from West Point and spent eight years in the Army as an Apache helicopter pilot. Wesley's service included one deployment to Iraq, where he flew 55 combat air missions, and two deployments to Saudi Arabia as a Diplomatic Liaison Officer. Congressman Wesley Hunt was appointed by President Donald J. Trump to the Board of Visitors for the United States Military Academy at West Point on March 17, 2025.

Sheriff Mike Neal was named the 2011 International Officer of the Year and in 2012 was the 58th recipient of the Congressional Medal of Valor from the President of the United States. Sheriff Neal was instrumental in stopping a mobile active shooter that resulted in a 17 second gun battle eliminating a father and son that had killed two West Memphis police officers, Brandon Paudert and Bill Evansand and who shot the Sheriff and Chief Deputy of Crittenden County.
